Title: Thoresby Sloth Post by: Amethyst (Jenny) on February 07, 2008, 12:13:01 PM Hi again Swarb.. of all the times that I've heard Sloth the one time that really stands out in my memory was the night you played it in a big marquee on a July night in 1979 in the grounds of Thoresby Hall in Nottinghamshire. It was magnificent.. the fiddle playing was hauntingly beautiful.. I don't suppose you can recall that one performance but thank you for that night!
