Title: Maidstone 1970 dvd Post by: Mindwarper on February 21, 2008, 06:05:44 PM I just got the new rerelease of the Maidstone 1970 gig on dvd. Wow, what a great show with some fantastic performances. My classically trained violinist friend upon his first viewing said "Wow" during Mason's apron. It seems like the group is relaxed and happy with a friendly crowd.
Do you have any fond memories or stories of the gig? Is there more shows in some huge Fairport vault?
