This can easily happen when up change computers, because you will lose the TalkAwhile 'cookie'. Well it's no use asking me, I can't see your password. However on the log in screen there is a 'Forgotten Password' link, that will send a new one to your registered email. If that email address has expired, it's a right pain. If that email address is AOL (and a few others) you will not receive the email. So just don't lose your password. If all else fails, email me at colin@talkawhile.co.uk with 'Lost Talkawhile log-in' as the subject, your user name and nw email address. I'll change your email address. Then you can request a new password. |
