Title: Time Will Show the Wiser
Post by: PLW (Peter) on June 24, 2008, 01:41:05 PM
Did anyone notice the use of this track as the background to a section of 1968: Day by Day on Radio 4 last week? Paris student riots section. Still on Listen Aagain.

As a track, it really stands up today. Time for a re-release as a single, I reckon.

Heard, recognised and enjoyed! Made me realise I've got to buy the original again, on CD this time.  ;)
(I can't pretend to having been too young to remember, I'm just getting a bit forgetful now)

It still makes me turn the volume up when it comes on, but then I'm quite strange  :o

Not at all - I utterly agree.  It rocks.  The backing track sounds very like the Buffalo Springfield to my ears.
