Title: If You Saw Thro' My Eyes
Post by: koho (Koen) on April 19, 2010, 03:56:04 PM
One of your best loved albums (by me, but certainly by loads of other people too) is If You Saw ... yet, in concert, you don't (or hardly ever) touch it - until you surprised us all pleasantly by revisiting the complete album for a one off Dutch tour in 2003 for its 33 1/3rd anniversary, with a band including Ad Vanderveen and Egbert Derix. (If there's anyone out there thinking, "whoa, did I miss that?" - a live recording is the bonus disc of the compilation Sparkler from a few years ago). And since then, once more, the material has retired from your live set. Is there a reason for this? Or did I just happen to go to the wrong gigs?  ;)

I have begun playing "Thro' my eyes" again with Egbert and we've talked recently about possibly reintroducing "Reno Nevada"
