Title: Richard Thompson on Classic Concert on Friday night 18 Feb Post by: Graham B on February 12, 2011, 02:26:16 PM It looks like we can hear an hour of live Richard Thompson on Radio 6 "Classic Concert" on Friday night 18 Feb (or more accurately 2am Sat morning 19 Feb).
Checkout this link: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00ybz2t I guess it will probably be the Town & Country Club recording from August 1991 as BBC have broadcast this concert in the past on the Classic Concert program. I hope so - a lot of the songs played that night night were from the "Rumor & Sigh" album which is one of my favourites. Even though it has been broadcast a few times I haven't manged to ever hear it yet. I'm looking forward hearing it this time. |
