I'll try & dig it out for more info. It's a collection of recollections regarding a Scottish Theatre, in Arbroath, I believe.

Comment from Amazon re this book " bought this as there was no information from Amazon on it, and assumed it was about the 40 years of Fairport Convention being celebrated last year. It isn't. If you could put some information on all products, not just the ones that sell by the bucket-load, that would be appreciated." :-X Title: Re: Fairport font Post by: RobertD on August 25, 2011, 02:18:59 PM The other side of the coin here is, did anyone else notice that the Fairport font appears nowhere on the Festival Bell album, either in the notes or on the cover? Now that may be the first for a very long time. Gladys' Leap did not have it on the cover, but I'm fairly certain it made an appearance in the notes at least.

Who designed it? i read somewhere that it was designed by a bloke called Stephen Hammett but that's all I remember.
