Title: The Tommy Connolly Dancers Post by: Joss on October 21, 2013, 07:50:22 PM Anyone know what happened to the Tommy Connolly Dancers? I can't find any mention of them on the web. At the time 'Festival Folk' was published in 2005 I was approached by someone wanting photos of their Cropredy peformances from certain years, but the contact did not progress. Have they folded?

Quote 3.20 pm TOMMY CONNELLY IRISH DANCERS We missed them last year because of the weather, so we are greatly looking forward to the return of these talented youngsters in their colourful costumes So maybe he spells his surname that way? I have tried googling various spellings of the name and come up with nothing. It seems strange in these modern times that there would be nothing at all on the internet if it were a current active organisation. I suspect it really has folded.
