What's the quote?

I did say to a friend the other day "I wonder if Peggy's finally persuaded James Taylor to play Croppers"....

Just listened to the relevant portion. The quote itself is pretty standard, but it did seem like Peggy was holding back something big and maybe a surprise based on the sound of his voice. Purely a guess on my part though.

Well, Led Zep reunion would be just a tad too much ;)

I`d be more than pleased with Sir Percy and his current selection of musicians

Yes - they're excellent. And we'd get Rock n Roll and probably Whole Lotta Love. Woohoo!

Shame!  He could bring Bonnie Raitt over with him too!

In the interview he talks about "The Campbell family" & as there are no reggae bands listed yet could it be UB40 featuring Ali Campbell etc.

Ian Campbell Folk Group had connections with FC - what's left of that?

I'm thinking the Ian Campbell discussion was because Peggy was being interviewed by BBC Scotland and might have been of interest to people who may not have known he had briefly played with them rather than a lineup hint.
