As there are, I think, no awards to groups of people (the George Medal to Malta is the only exception I can think of) then I don't think the wording of this makes a lot of sense. |

Cor, lummy, sense of humour failures? Lighten up folks - as if Mr Bean is going to take note of ANY of the petitions which appear on the No. 10 website? It's just another way of them entertaining the masses and keeping the populace quiet while Rome burns - and Government websites cost everyone in the UK £60 a head - well worth while!!
