When I alerted Talkawhile people to a competition at Salut! Live inspired by the release of Fotheringay 2 , or 2 by Fotheringay as you prefer, I promised to post a link once the National in Abu Dhabi had published a piece I was preparing on Jerry Donahue's admirable project to salvage the album. It finally appeared on Wednesday Dec 17. Here it is, as reproduced at my site (there's a link from there to The National website)...

Who would have thought that Jerry D lived in Clitheroe!

I bet that causes some hilarity amongst his US friends (you should hear how a mid-western mate of mine pronounces it....)
