Simon Care's Banter

Just wondered if anyone had been able to see this "Albion off-shoot" and, if so, how you would rate them alongside the current crop of folk-rockers. What little I have heard on Youtube sounds promising.

We've seen Banter several times and they're a very enjoyable band.

I will agree with that. Great fun, and very accomplished musicianship.

It’s an interesting mix…..trumpet playing drummer , so they can be a full on celidh band and then you have Nina’s, very strong, song writing with jazz influences.
Seen them several times…..just an excellent band.

An extremely enjoyable band both for their music and indeed, their banter.

Thanks all ... sounds like a definite "yes" ... now it's just a question of being in the right place at the right time ...
