Richard Thompson book query

I'll probably make myself look very foolish here, particularly as I've been in and around the book trade for several years, but does anybody have the vaguest idea what I'm talking about if I mention a very detailed academic kind of text about Richard that was written about (I'm guessing) five or six years ago, and was briefly available as a Word download file (even though it was about 300 pages long), and was then going to be published...but to my knowledge, never did get put out...?  

I had a copy but lost it in a PC crash (more explosion actually!) without reading it and have regretted it ever since.

Any ideas?  Or did I dream the whole damn thing up?

I think you can find it on Flip Feij's RT completist website.

It was a discussion on his various songs through the ages, I think. I have a copy somewhere, but I won't be on my home computer until tomorrow.
