Hi Dave,

great to hear that "Polly" is being considered - I was listening to "Nine" last night, and it struck me that "Bring 'em Down" might be suitable for the current line-up - lots of opportunities for harmonies, percussion fills and space for Ric (+ effects pedals) & Chris to stretch out...

My question: is there any chance of getting Dan ar Bras, Alan Stivell or Tri Yann to Cropredy (next year)?

Cheers
Paul

Hiya. "Bring em down" is a fab song. I would love to do it.I think we could only really do that piece with Swarb and D.M. The inst bit in the middle  was the other 2 Daves concept and is really clever the way the riff drops a beat every time it repeats. Great fun. The Donahue guitar part is staggeringly good. "9" is one of my fave albums too.
Re. The Bretons, I see Dan every time I go to France and he hasn't been to England since his last Cropredy appearance. He was only in F.C. for 6 months but it would be good to have him back for crop. 40th. I love a lot of the Breton bands and I hope we will see some of them them grace the Cropredystage in  the future. Merci, peggy.

I'd second Breton bands at Cropredy. We stayed in Benodet last summer, and they had a free music festival while we were there. Heard some great music.
