Hi Peggy,

Thanks for indulging us.

My answers to these questions are all different, I'd imagine they would be for most people, how about you ?

What tune (and by which musician / band) initially inspired you to start playing ?

What was the first tune you wanted / tried to learn to play ?

What was the first tune you actually managed to play in its entirety to your satisfaction ?

Cheers!

E.

hi Ewen. Well the Shadows were the first band I got into and I still have that first album in glorious mono.
Apache was the first tune I learned to play and as to your third question I don't think you ever get to the point where you can be that content with a performance (Musical performance that is!) to not think it could be improved on. As you get older however and time becomes more special you do come to the conclusion that "That take was good enough" especially if it's 20 minutes to closing time! regards, Peggy.
