Hi Swarb,

We all know that you have worked with some of the most important figures in late 20th century English folk music, Lloyd, MacColl, carthy etc but when did you realise that you weren't just being asked to play with these people but that you were standing alongside them as a major infleunce yourself?

I know that the question may be asking you to bow your own fiddle a bit but was there a particular time when you first realised just how good and important you are in terms of English folk.
