Hi everyone.

I'm an old retired bloke who been a fairport fan since hearing Meet on the Ledge on the student union jukebox in 1969. I am an amateur composer of electronic and other music> I love the medleys of Jigs that fairport regularly play and I thought it would be fun to compose a pastiche jig medley in the style of the lads. It is based on my own ideas but snippets from other pieces might have accidentally slipped in. My apologies if anyone detects any accidental plagiarisms. For the techy folk out there, the piece was composed on Sibelius 7.5, mixed on Cubase 8 and mastered with Studio One 2.

The piece is linked here:

Hope you find it entertaining.
