I wondered where she'd wandered off to. Came back with flushed cheeks and talking like a shipwright. Filthy monkey.

Thanks Ed for your kind words. I'm very glad you're enjoying it. Volume 2 is a real possibility, but I must sell out Volume 1 first. Is there anybody out there who hasn't bought a copy of Festival Folk yet, or perhaps people might need to stock up with birthday and Christmas presents ? Now that I've published my first book I'm looking forward to my next, I have the ISBN number already!! Although I think I have enough photos to choose from for Vol 2, certainly your idea of gathering up other people's vintage photos is a good one and I have been thinking about this. Watch this space !! cheers Joss www.festivalfolk.co.uk

Possibly just the crazed wanderings of an absent mind but... does it seem to anyone else that there doesn't seem to be quite as many Cropredy photos appearing as there was last year? I'm not complaining, I just wondered if there weren't as many taken, or if I'm just diving further into senility, and completely mis-remembering last year Mic - confused of Plymouth (but only just )

It's not your imagination - no competition this year and some of us have a lot less time (fortunately). I find the laborious loading process for the albums a pain - which is why I only loaded one with a pointer to the rest.

Well I threw some pictures up on the Homepage provided earlier for speed , it is true; but will enjoy picking some others to put to the Photo Albums for others to share. I enjoy looking at everyone's pictures, and think the effort is worth it... perhaps I just have more time to goof (... or hide from the ever-increasing Nuthouse Horde )

Have to admit I haven't gotten around to sorting mine out yet either. I've got a dozen or so good 'uns, but one Cropredy crowd looks like another to me, so I didn't take so many photos overall this year. My main trouble is I've got the photos on my home computer and 512k dial-up is sooooo sloooooow, I really have to set aside an evening to upload them all. I'll do it soon, I promise. I've got a couple of really nice sunsets for Mix!

Ahh Anna, best news I've had today I do love a sunset and I'm looking for some new ones to frame for the wall (my old ones seem to have faded a bit). Looking forward to seeing them Mic

I'll have you know that Simon N complimented me on those - saying that they were far better than his or the bands!

Can anyone tell me why I am unable to see any of the photos posted in this thread? I'm guessing there is a setting somewhere that I need to change but can't figure out what. Thanks phil
