Sorry, Martin and others,
I can only get to Northampton. I only get holidays the Friday before that and wasn't planning on travelling quite that far up north (Gateshead, eg).

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!

We'll be half way to Applecross for the St Albans gig, and in Applecross for the Croydon gig.

Anyone else going to the Stables (not that it matters, looks like I'm going to be there anyway!)

May I put forward Tunbridge Wells or Cambridge for the group get-together gig - I might be able to make one of those if I start on the brownie points about now...

Of Skegness - any local info as to whether "Epsons", purveyors of (IMHO) the finest fissionchips on our fair soil are still where they used to be when we last played there. Truly gastronomical.
(And I've been to two of Rick Stein's Padstow joints so there...)

just been looking at the Winter Tour gigs, can't see any that I could get there and back in the same day from....however I am (as everyone knows) geographically challenged so I could be missing something fairly obvious.

Mind you, It wouldn't been the first time I've spent long hours in a bus station, just the time of year that's a bit off-putting Roll Eyes it's me age

Simon,

I presume you mean "Eptons". Well, they're still in the phone book, so you have some hopes...

Eptons Ltd 33, High St, Skegness, Lincolnshire PE25 3NY Tel: 01754 763754

They may sell deep-fried Epson printers, but it seems unlikely. Grin

See you at the Stables perhaps......

Cambridge is a good meeting place for me, but I'd like to get to one where there's a bit of a group meetup, if possible

Cathy consider yourself included, not that anyone needs an invitation, any meeting will be open to  anyone who cares to join us.

Certainly Shirley, consider yourself included.

It's beginning to look as though Cambridge is the most popular choice of the majority likely to attend a BIG gathering.

If the concensus of opinion is to have the BIG gathering in Cambridge, some may need overnight accommodation, therefore this site might be useful. http://www.a1tourism.com/uk/cambridge.html
It's possible we might be able to get a special group rate at one or more of these establishments.

Might be able to help out there - I know a good travel agent with access to excellent group rates....once we have an idea of numbers...
