Just had an idea...

Would it be good if the car stickers were made available to buy, after the free ones are gone?
Or even before, for greedy people like me who want lots, for the different groups of people they're buying for...

Thoughts?

I am not allowed to put one in the car as it advertises the fact that we will be away on the dates in question.  Burglars are just waiting to pounce while you are away Sad

Very true, but I found out through the sticker that my neighbour in Swansea next year went to Cropredy last year. (S)He has a sticker from last year on their car. I'd love to know whether they read this board. (Rhyddings T.)

I don't put mine in for the same reason, though I took mine to Croppers last year to put in when I arrived...but forgot.  Never mind, I think the stickers will last a lot longer than my old car anyway and you can never peel them off very well before the car heads for the scrap!

Well I'm allowed to keep last year's on the window until I get there, then it's on with the new.
PS I've never had a problem peeling the previous one off, they are all carefully folded in the glove pocket.

I don't like stickers in cars as they tend to degrade in sunlight and go all brittle.

Last year's is on the glass shower panel and serves as a reminder of better days on cold dark work mornings.

Will I ever forget the year I received through the post a girlie pink blighter saying 'I'm going to Cropredy Festival'?  I haven't?    Shudder, shudder.  Embarrassed

It must have been a cruel joke perpetrated by the Labour Party on yours truly.

Make it a Tory Blue, this year, Matty Grooves, with a tasteful slogan like:  'Don't follow me. I'm going to Cropredy and I don't usually mix with oiks.'  Fez

Thank you.

My rear screen already has "Stop Stansted Expansion" and "Countryside Alliance says B*****ks to Blair" and for security reasons wouldn't want to advertise absence, so mine is going spare. Yours for nothing if you IM me where to send it.

I'm hoping to buy my tickets very soon - does anyone (Jude? you seem to be the fount of all knowledge around here!) know if the stickers will still be available towards the end of next week?

I'd really like one  Tiara
..and I dont care what colour it is or who it comes from  Kiss

My younger son thought he was doing me a favor and took my sticker to put on the inside of my Jeep's rear window.  Which was all well and good except that my rear window is heavily tinted, so no one can see the sticker.  ::headdesk::  Undecided
