just picked this up from Music Zone for less than a fiver. Release date 2006.  says it has songs from between 1974 and 2002 and its all Live - WKWTTG is from the troubadour 1974, most of the rest  are from various cropredys- 1985-1995
just wondering if anyone else had this or knew anymore about it?

Don't think I've seen that mentioned anywhere, Tasha. It'll be another of the Woodworm/HTD/Talking Elephant material compilations. The old stuff'll be from 'The Airing Cupboard Tapes', then the various Cropredy releases. Nowt "previously unavailable" but a good fiver's worth if you don't have all the original albums.

Anyone else have an issue about these re-releases / compilations having pictures of an FC line up on the cover that bears no relation to most of the tracks on the actual disc?

I'd like to have a copy of this as I'm on it and wrote some stuff on it. Who's released it and does anyone know a contact address for them?

It looks like it's on Union Square Music records but their website is down. May be some one who has actually got it could confirm.

Hi - got my copy today, just £4.97 from Music Zone. This shop has taken over our old MVC, so if you have one of these in your town you may find a copy.

The label is www.unionsquaremusic.co.uk or their address is Union Square Music Ltd, Unit 1.1, Shepherds Studios, Rockley Road, London W14 0DA.   Their email is:    info@unionsquaremusic.co.uk

The cover says it includes recordings 'between 1974 and 2002, both live and in the studio' etc. Great value for 2 CDs and in a card slipcase too!!!

cheers

Apologies if this has been mentioned before but as well as this compilation, "Red and Gold" and "The Five Seasons" have also reappeared as a double CD set called, "The Battle." I spotted it for £7.99 in "Solo Music" in Exeter at the weekend. It has a rather plain cardboard sleeve and in the interests of strict "accuracy," as for most of the recent pictures on the compilation sleeves, "The Five Seasons" appears before "Red and Gold"! So, having already got 3 versions of each (vinyl + 2 CDs), well of course, I bought it...!
