One or two attempts have been made in the past at putting together a list of Fairport Convention concerts throughout their history. However, those that I have seen have been both very incomplete and full of errors.
As I have been collecting Fairport recordings over the years I have found it useful to compile both a concert calendar and, whenever possible, the associated set lists. This is a mammoth task and is still incomplete – in fact I already have a number of set lists I have not yet had time to include.
It now occurs to me that this information may be useful to others. It also occurs to me that other people may have information/recordings that I don’t that could be added to make this a more comprehensive resource. I am particularly keen to hear of recordings that I don’t have so that these can be added to make the database as definitive as possible.
