Was looking on Amazon the other day and saw they stock four FC DVDs. Was thinking about buying one to console me about having to go back to work next week. Any recommendations from the following? -
Live at Marlow Theatre
Beyond the Ledge
Live Legends
35th Anniversary Concert.
Let the arguing begin (but remember it's not your money we're spending here!)

Musically I'd say 'Live Legends' without a doubt, much rockier than the others. Not all that relevent to the current sound though so you may prefer one of the other three. I'd possibly go for the most recent - Marlowe Theatre - but Cropredy 98 has more atmosphere etc. You can't go wrong with any of em though...

Give it a go for Live at Marlowe.
A very tightly played set.

35th Anniversary is a dull, soulless performance with dreadful unphased audience sound. Cropredy 2001, if you can find it, is brilliant. IMHO, obviously.

The Live Legends one is a very nice polished set, but fairly short in length. The Beyond the Ledge Cropredy 98 has a nice vibe to it, and is equally polished in terms of performance, and sound/picture quality. Buy them both?
