I came across this today. It's been on youtube a while, but I've not seen it before. Swarb and and a very young looking Chris Leslie at the Cambridge folk festival 1984. Apologies if it's already been shared on here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jStS036nsI

I saw Whippersnapper at Cropredy in '84 which would have been a couple of weeks later I suppose...am not sure if that was their debut or not? Anyway, it's bloody good. Thanks for sharing.

Terrible video. Great vocal whether you agree it's a suitable choice of song or not (I do) - but you get a very brief cameo from a 1978 Richard Thompson. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OCyrS2gM_w

I always wince whenever I see this. Just doesn't work for me at all...although I know many who love it.

Don't know if this has been posted before. It was uploaded to YouTube earlier this year. It's an hour-long interview with Peggy and Simon from 2004. Some amusing moments including Peggy comparing the post-RT line-up to Creedence CR. And at the end Simon talks of his regrets of not having had the chance to be more involved with Sandy's solo albums. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNiPF0UxNGU&ab_channel=SecretRecordsLimitedSecretRecordsLimited

This is the one that was included as a third disc in the Quiet Joys Of Brotherhood box I believe? I remember watching it when I bought that set but never since.

Love the "What an astonishing waste of Dave Mattacks’ prodigious talent that was!" comment Ahem. Why thank you. I did just mean that the comment made me laugh...although, in truth, musically, his contribution to that was fairly minor by the sounds of it? Nice to see though.

Three Trevor Lucas rarities, originally from the Attic Tracks 4 cassette, released in 1994. First is a live solo version of Quiet Joys Of Brotherhood with Trevor singing, based on Sandy's recording but with Louis McManus providing the violin solo at the end. Then two songs from the 1987 movie 'Slate, Wyn and Me'. https://youtu.be/zj5Uar2uDpY

This is rather nice Phil Lynott singing about Sandy Denny with a group from Howth near Dublin where he lived at the time (and where I had my honeymoon!) It won't win any awards for the lyrics but the tune is OK and it's Phil Lynott!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqQBMiuYvxA
