I know I could have ordered it on line, but Barrow in Furness has no record shop, so I cannot share the joy until the weekend, when I can visit the small independent record shop in Bowness. Oh Barrow why do you mock me so!!!

Is that the one at the top of the hill? I went there about 10 years ago, and was amazed to see it was still there last year - they had a wicked selection of folk and were playing the Neil Cowley Trio over the PA. I was pretty impressed with the selection of specialist music. Bought some Spiers and Boden, Houghton Weavers, and some stuff by a couple of Collisters. Better than the crumby selection in my local Borders, HMV and Zavvi. |

Well i'm still reeling from the launch. What a night! If anyone has any pics that aren't too embarrassing, could you let me have them.
