Ric & Vo have very kindly offered their time for free to support this very worthwhile UK charity which runs the only free secondary schools in Sierra Leone. More info on the charity can be found here

We have also sourced a venue that has donated their school hall for free. Hopefully I can source a PA that way too, which will mean that all monies raised will go directly to the charity with little or no expenses.

Ric & Vo will be playing two full sets, and we have obtained the support of a local band to support.

Details -
Ric Sanders & Vo Fletcher
Saturday 14th April 2007 at 7.30pm
Blessed George Napier (BGN) School Hall, Addison Road, Banbury OX16 9DG
Start 7.30 - licenced bar.
Tickets £10 / £5 students & senior citizens

Please do come & support this very worthwhile charity. If it goes well, there'll be more gigs in the pipeline. Where can you get tickets?....IM me please!

Ric has told me today that he & Vo are rehearsing hard in the sunshine for next Saturday's gig....

We are promised a lot of new material as well. Come & hear it first & support this very worthwhile charity. All proceeds are being donated. Ric & Vo are giving their time for free too. Thanks guys!

Lets have a review then. Was in Banbury yesterday, begged my parents to let me go, but it's quite a drive back to Cambridge

Glad you enjoyed in Tony - we raised a fantastic £800+ plus from around 110 people.

Ric & Vo played a lot of new material - 4 or 5 songs too - I'm looking forward to hearing the gig again soon!

Thanks to all TAWers that came along - the will be another, probably in the autumn.

Update - we actually raised £964.72 after all the sums were done.

Again - many, many thanks to Ric & Vo, and everyone else involved!

I was too involved with the organisation to properly review a gig of which I saw only around 50% and heartd a little more through the doors.

Perhasps one of the other TAWers that came along could do you one?
