Sorry if this is not the right route, but I am having a problem and I hope that this route might solve it.

Went on the new Fairport Site some time ago and bought sense of occasion ( fab!). Galileo's apology, Feoffes lands and finally got round to buying hedge of sound. Bought through Paypal, as i have my cropredy tickets.

Great no problem, CD's arrive well packed. Rip open the envelope, and Hedge of Sound is silent. There is no hedge.  There is a CD case but no CD.

Go on the contact page. Tell of my woe

Fill in and send. Page goes white........................................ Done this 3 times now

I know that this must be a problem with my computer, however I really do want to listen to HOS. If anyone at head office is reading, help me out

Thanks Jude and also to Simon who contacted me last night, CD is on the way. I love the new website, thought that it was important to let someone know there may be a problem with the contact page. Certainly not with the order page.............My cropredy tickets arrived yesterday!!!!!
