No, don't worry, their not changing!! I was just wondering, if any of them did decide to leave, who would you want to replace them? For a start, if (God forbid) Simon left, it would be quite nice to see PJ Wright take his place.

Nice. But isn't Bob the same age as Simon? I think for longevity's sake we need to consider youth, or those who plan to go on for many years, regardless of age. I can't see many of the current line-up quitting for at least 5 years.
