Smiddyburn is in Aberdeenshire - and if you want to know exactly where - click here!I love the fact that it's close to a place called Dubbystyle. Seems somehow appropriate for someone who works in the music business  Anyone know if the old manor house used for the Leige & Lief rehearsals is still standing? Called Farleigh Chamberlayne, or something like that, wasn't it? Where actually was it? Somewhere in Hampshire, near Winchester? |

Not exactly folk-rock history, Jen - nor is your village hall, unfortunately!  I'd call the first place that Swarb performed after his surgery quite historical Also, anyone who is interested in FC information would be interested in the individuals who form/have formed the band, which I think makes where Chris learned to make fiddles perfectly legtimate! |
