if one should bump into you on the street, what is the correct protocol for naming. Is it "Sir Pegg", "THE Pegg", "Peggy" or plain "Dave"?

I've heard that Steve Howe doesn't like handshakes because he's worried about injuring his hands in case he can't play. Do you have the same attitude just in case an injury prevents you from drinking? Smiley

Morning!. Well I am usually addressed as "Peggy" and this is fine by me. David is rarely used But Dave suffices. Ian Anderson and Martin Barre and infact all the Tull musos always refer to me as Dave. I  have no prob. shaking hands except with wrestlers and people who collar you just before you go onstage when you've just washed your hands. Sticky deposits on the strings can be annoying! Best wishes, Peggy.

So, 'Davey' was just an early 70's thing was it?   Wink
