Hi Swarb

Thanks so much for agreeing to do this.

1) What is your favourite track of you playing with Sandy? I think your solo on "One More Chance" is just sublime.

2) Have you seen the recently unearthed concert on You Tube of the Full House line up in Paris? It's fantastic! And great quality.

3. So: mid-1970's Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border. Was it really all hedonism and amyl-nitrate?

Cheers

Jamie

There is also

Walk Awhile - http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=7HtJfi1nudM
Dirty Linen - http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=TmTm-Wxm8R4

Also, there are some clips from 6:55 Special, from before Cropredy 82

Dirty Linen - http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=I1gopdN3yTI&feature=user

With regards to saving them, I use Free Studio Manager 2.2, available as a free download from here - http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-YouTube-Download.htm

Hi Swarb.

There are also clips from the Paris show of Sir B Mckenzie and Journeyman's Grace. There is also a clip of Dirty Linen minus RT from a show in Glastonberry and a clip of the Nine line up in Holland doing the Hens March. All great stuff.

Thanks,

Pat

It certainly is - it's amongst the most handsome Fairport footage I've ever seen and I really wish it could be available commercially.

Hey Swarb

I think it's def. the best Fairport footage I've ever seen, and tons better than the other Full House line-up footage at the Maidstone Fiesta. Great playing, great quality film and shot in a really cool way also - very arthouse. The French know how to do it!

Hooray for You Tube! We wouldn't have that superb Fotheringay clip either if it wasn't for You Tube. Wish their was more Sandy footage.
