Hi Swarb,

Now Be Thankful is my most favourite song in the whole world - rarely a week goes by that i don't feel compelled to play it.  I love Richard's words and your beautiful hymn-like music.

Seeing as how you're 50% responsible for its existence, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Any memories about the writing and/or the recording of this gem?

I wrote the melody on a piano in the usa at a club in boston called "the tea party" gave the tune to Richard and hey presto   thanks swarb
