Mr Swarbrick, I'm sorry to tell you an American fighter plane has crashed onto a property you own.  It's not completely ruined but it's obviously worth your while to investigate.  Wondering whether you could come up at all?  There's been a few blizzards in the last few days but the roads are passable.

Hello Michael trust your well, and that the weather is not too hot, last time we met in adalaide, i bought a lucky budhist charm which never leaves my wallet, it is to protect me from bad deals, and help me to make good ones. I searched for one that would protect me from Simon Nicol but it wasnt to be.take care Michael Swarb
