Can you remember recording "Quiet Joys of Brotherhood" with Sandy on the "Sandy" album? That tune really, really stands up.

Swarb, did you play the solo fiddle on Sandy's version of Sweet Rosemarie, on the same album?

The album just called Sandy.  Same one as has Quiet Joys and It Suits Me Well.

Yes but it doesn't say which tracks, Billy.  It could just refer to Quiet Joys, so I'm still not sure about Sweet Rosemary.

Well, no other fiddlers are mentioned in the list of appearing musicians, so you can be pretty sure it's Swarb.

Yes, well, I think so too.  It's just that Big Trev also used orchestral players on that album.

By the way, Swarb, even if it is irrefutably your good self on Sweet Rosemary - it's still worth digging out to play.  Beautiful song, beautifully sung (and a fiddle beautifully played too).
