End of a Holiday

Today on 1968: Day by Day, on Radio 4, while playing news reports covering the sad demise of Tony Hancock, they played End of a Holiday. Still works after all this time Mr Nicol, excellent, definitely far superior to Sabbaths "Fluff" in my book.

Perhaps, but "Laguna Sunrise" comes awfully close, IMHO!

Not a sampler, all the tracks were recorded specially for the album.

I don't know what happened to the Nico Polo label, but they also released Ric's first solo album, and the One to One album with Ric and Gordon Giltrap. It was run by Mark Ringwood as a subsidiary of Marco Polo. The web domain appears to be no longer live. It would be interesting to know who owns the rights now and whether there's any prospect of a re-release.
