Leamington Spa, High Wycombe and possibly Edinburgh Shocked for me (depends if I can arrange my winter holiday around the gig).

Weston-S-Mare for sure for us, the Playhouse is a fine venue. Would like to do more of the west country dates if funds allow...

Just listening to the latest Folkcast podcast and it appears that the support on the Winter Tour will be Ken Nicol and Phil Cool.

That's great news about Ken Nicol - I love his stuff.  His song about a holiday in the Western Isles is spot on and describes exactly how it was when we went there and The Level Plain is such a beautiful guitar piece. I don't know anything about Phil Cool.

I only really know Ken through the Albions and Steeleye.  Was amazed to see that his first release came out in '74!

Isn't he the guy that writes those impenetrably academic studies of King Crimson albums?

Yes. And he does orchestral arrangements for Robert.

And he has put a couple of my songs to music and devised arrangements for them

Phil Cool is brilliant! I don't know anything about Ken but I'd be very happy to go along and find out.  Smiley

Oh my giddy goodness...  Already?

Won't be able to make St Albans this year as we'll be in bonny Scotland.  So MK and West Wycombe are my most likely.

Best get the gang together and get a decision made!

Whats the sound like at the venue at St Albans. I would go to MK, but it's too expensive.  Sad
