BB - St Albans is OK - I've never had any issues with the sound, whether in the flat section in front of the stage or in the front of the risers (sorry, don't know the technical names).  Even saw Kate Rusby once way up top in the ?circle, the mezzanine bit - that was fine too.

DD - I'm whirling!  Just waiting for the parents to get back to me.  Looking forward to meeting some TAWs there too!

Ticket for Brum duly purchased! Huzah.  Grin Fez

Would suggest, after extensive and very exhaustive research, that honourable members wishing to meet do so at The Shakespear, Lower Temple Street.  This is just off New Street and with 5 mins walk of the Town Hall.  3 Real ales:-
Black Sheep, Everad's Tiger and Deuchars IPA at the time of going to press, reasonable prices (£2.35 PP not bad for City centre)
Food available (not sure about early evening)
Traditional style and decor.

You humble co-respondant  Fez

Just booked 3rd row seats at Tunbridge Wells. Impressed that you can select your seat numbers online! If anyone's thinking of going to this I would suggest you book soon, the tickets are selling fast!

We've got an extensive party going to the Newcastle gig from the choir - three sopranos, three altos, two basses, one priest and various other halves. Rock on, dudes!

Probably doesn't count as Winter Tour, but the Mick Jagger Centre in Dartford is advertising an FC show on Friday 1 May:

Just read this  "Web cams here http://www.gov.im/tourism/webcam/webcam.aspx?webcam=5, ever since I got back I love looking at these "

I'm loving looking at The Bungalow on the Mountain Road. Can't see a thing - just like mid summer!!

And yeah, while I'm here, why no Croydon this year?  Sobs...
