It's Mark Shields, a political commentator on Public Broadcasting here in the states He's been getting a lot of airtime during the current political conventions to nominate a new President. A very good commentator, actually, good and liberal like me.  Our family was watching the Barrak Obama acceptance speach and my wife couldn't help but notice the similarity.  When he's moving around he looks even more like Swarb.
