Peggy announced last night from the stage at Tewkesbury that Richard Thompson is confirmed for Cropredy this year - I assume the Friday night, as Peggy said 14th August.

This could help manufacturers of sou'westers & galoshes to deal with the recession... Wink

If the "Liege & Lief" line-up do play the Barbican in late July, may we be treated to a full set at Cropredy too, please? Smiley

It was on Swarb's site. As much as I'd like to see it again at Cropredy, I doubt it will be half as exciting as it was in 2007.

Is that rumoured then?

Wouldn't want to see it again - just in case it wasn't as good. But a Full House would be rather good.

But I guess that if they play the Barbican, they will do more than just L&L. That would be worth seeing. Otherwise 40ish minutes would be a bit short for a stand alone show.
