"Oh they're quite famous aren't they?"

I think she is refering to the Southampton - Talking Heads gig by Fairport Acoustic Convention, Andy  Smiley

Guildhall, Lichfield - Never been there before, what a fabulous venue, evoking a medieval feel to proceedings, with flags hanging from high up in the rafters and a wonderful stained glass window towering over everyone.
We did take some live pics, but due to not using a flash, they are a bit blurry - nothing to do with the amount of beer we consumed heehee.
Superb renditions of "Walk Awhile", "Wood & Wires", the oak panels themselves seemed to appreciate the sound - fab sound from Simon on the desk. A very moving "Who knows where the time goes" by Simon, and the banter between songs was very humorous.
Two pics - one of the window, and second, the two of us with Peggy just outside the hall entrance.
Fab!  Wink Wink Wink
