Anyone seeing the dynamic duo on their tour, or even better, anyone already seen them? I'm off to Bedford to see them tonight.

I caught up with the chaps in the small Suffolk market town of Bungay last evening, where they played in the very quaint Fisher theatre. Although the theatre was not completely full, the folks that did brave the bitterly cold evening to see them, were thoroughly entertained in the time honoured Peggy & PJ way.

Now for a short but I think interesting piece of history.

Once it seems there was thirteen Fisher theatres in this area of East Anglia.
The Fisher family were family a group of travelling comedians and they apparently built the theatres, to give themselves places in which they were able to perform.

Here you can read more about the history of these theatres

Well, it was very pleasant to see them in Scotchland and in such good form.
Also the lovely Fraser Nimmo....he's a one....ask him about fingernails...

They were great last night both wore matching US-purchased black and cream flower power shirts!  Grin I like watching PJ up close, he's a talented guitarist. Peggy played on mandolin which was a good sound and both were in fine fettle humour wise!  Grin

What a great venue... I saw Chris Wood there recently. Lovely vibe, great PA system, friendly staff!
