I caught up with the chaps in the small Suffolk market town of Bungay last evening, where they played in the very quaint Fisher theatre. Although the theatre was not completely full, the folks that did brave the bitterly cold evening to see them, were thoroughly entertained in the time honoured Peggy & PJ way.
Now for a short but I think interesting piece of history.
Once it seems there was thirteen Fisher theatres in this area of East Anglia.
The Fisher family were family a group of travelling comedians and they apparently built the theatres, to give themselves places in which they were able to perform.
