Just received from the FC list:

Richard Thompson with Philip Pickett & Musicians of the Globe

Mon 6 Dec 7.30pm

Cadogan Hall, Chelsea

020 7730 4500 / cadoganhall.com

When Richard Thompson programmed this year's Meltdown festival, his friend and colleague, early music iconoclast Philip Pickett wasn't available so instead they've created a new programme with Philip's group, The Musicians of The Globe. "Nutmeg and Ginger" in some ways grows out of Richard's "1000 Years of Popular Music" tour. There are only 800 seats in this intimate Chelsea venue, so early booking is advised.

D***, I wish I could be there!

Didn't someone who might know hint at such an idea quite recently?

Pity it's not actually at The Globe

Wouldn't it be great if they toured! The perfect show for me (RT fan) and my better half (early musicologist).
