Holy cow, only just noticed this thread in time!

I can't see the teams from matches 2 and 3 progressing any further.

Match one would have made a cracking final. Gold Dust is irresistable having seen her on that last tour.

One match gone to a recount, will post next round asap.

Also, last entry after final whistle went, but don't think it will make a difference.

No, it was an extended period of injury time due to excessive behaviour from the Welsh striker, John the Gun.

As suspected what would have made a great final was very close. I counted draws as 0-0.

North Star Grassman & The Ravens v Fotheringay 11-10
All Our Own Work v Rendezvous 1-21
Gold Dust v Fotheringay 2 10-13
Like an Old Fashioned Waltz v Sandy 3-20

The draw for the next round is as follows. Final whistle at noon Saturday.

Sandy v Fotheringay 2
Rendezvous v North Star Grassman & The Ravens

As the referee for this one I've decided to step in now to stop further punishment on two of the teams. When I drew the semis I thought it looked a bit pointless.

So the final is:

North Star Grassman & The Ravens v Sandy

Final whistle Saturday noon.
