...am I correct in thinking that it's part of a bigger production? Presumably whoever made It All Comes Round Again had access to a high-quality copy of the whole thing, so it must still be in existence somewhere.

As far as the soundtrack goes, it's the studio version that's been dubbed over the band's live performance, isn't it?
