y'know guys - we are still here - we are still doing it - i know it's digital but it's the future (i hope - unless it's radio betamax)
you can lsiten again on your computer and there we are - any evening you like - for 3 hours.
i know a lot of people used to like to cook/wind-down/drink to us but fair's fair - we wanted to be at home to do that too.
we were there long enough i reckon.
mulling over the west highland way next.
You're right, it's just the luddite in me who doesn't use listen again as much as i should.I shall try and change, who knows you may even start to download.
As for wanting to be home with the family....... not v rock and roll is it!! Did John Bonham, Kurt Cobain, Janis Joplin, Jimi want to be at home with the family! Ah bit of a theme there, I see your point.
Re walking, I have done 'strange' walks recently e.g Wye Valley, a circuit of the Isle Of Wight (mainly lovely and then u have to walk down Ryde sea front) and i regularly walk stretches of the south west path (Penzance to St Ives is a fave)Don't believe i said fave but its too late now
At the risk of going off topic, i suppose most of us get locked in to a particular music time period or genre. Given your eclectic taste can you give 5 new(ish) bands you would want to see in a festival line up?
