I fear that won't be there in the morning. Jules I'll let you know. I go there twice a day to drop the daughter off and pick her up the day it happened she was working late so her husband picked her up, the traffic was in chaos, it happened on the A6 which is a hellishly busy road at all times |

Last saw him in Glastonbury in late 2010. He was looking very frail then. I've been a fan since first seeing the ISB in 1967 and love their music, though I admit that at times the quality was hit and miss when you saw them live. I've been lucky enough to see Clive Palmer, Mike Heron and Robin Williamson individually live in recent years and always hoped for a reunion, though this was always a pipe dream as they all said a resounding 'No' to the very idea. No chance at all now  |

:'(I'm gutted about Clive. I'm a great ISB follower, as may be evident from my posts, and have always admired Clive as much as any other member. Everything he's been involved in has been of worth . i wasreading gRaeme Hood's book not very long ago. Oh God and i was just reflecting on Robin's age recently too - he looked noticeably older when i saw him a nd briefly spoke to him this year. |

I don't think they were anywhere near as awful as many on here seem to think...but I do tend to think that Clive's banjo-led contributions were some of the high points. The 2 COB albums are '71-'72. |
