Well, Scotland at least!

He's appearing as a guest on the Kate Rusby celebration concert in Glasgow on 24th January. It's a Long way to fly him to help on a couple of tunes. Has anyone seen any other dates in this country around then?

According to his web site he's playing over t'other side of the pond the night before - Wed, 23 January 2013 Tallahassee, FL. Nothing about any UK dates as yet.

That place name reminds me of a Tom Waits song about a lassie from Tallahassee. Nice rhyme.

I don't think so, but there could be a re-write there!

The song was "Had Me a Girl"...

And I had me a girl Tallahassee
Boy what a foxy lassie

I think Jim is in Freddy Cannon territory. Young Tom may have "borrowed" the rhyme.

Ronnie

Someone on the RT Facebook page made this observation -

'The way I read that, all of those names guest on an album called "20" and only an unspecified "some" of them will be at that concert.'

http://www.celticconnections.com/Events/Pages/Event.aspx?ev=412&ty=Folk

So I'm guessing that RT is not a definite for this concert.
