I just have never 'got' Morrisey.  I'm sure he's a lovely bloke

Let me stop you there, as there are numerous reports that he doesn't even have that going for him.   Undecided

Moz suffers from a shyness that is terminally vulgar.
That's why he gets bad press from those who don't understand him

Given his aversion to the smell of cooking meat, it's highly unlikely he'd be terribly comfortable on that stage - unless the wind was blowing the other way.

If it's a choice between Morrissey and the burger / sausage stalls - I'll go for the red meat ..........................

Let's just get PLant booked for THursday night and give us waverers a dilemma!!!

There, fixed that for you Jim. Wink

I want to see House of Hats on the undercard on Saturday. Great tunes with the best vocal harmonies since CSN. They deserve to make it BIG.

They're (TTB) a great band. Whilst he's still in them though (til the end of 2014) I wish Derek would bring the Allmans over as well...

As much as I enjoyed this,

I'd much prefer to see the other TTB (The Travelling Band)

Well, the tickets go on sale in a fornight, so maybe then; but they've had the habit of announcing the odd act during the winter tour, or spring tour as it's becoming, presumably as and when they are confirmed.

They are leaving it a bit late.

Most of the line up had been announced this time last year.

Thursday headliner was announced 7th Jan?
If I remember rightly?

Worried people might have cancelled
