As Dave Mattacks celebrated his 66th birthday  Tiara in March I decided to produce a special about him for my radio show "Forever Young - Folk, Rock, Blues and Vinyl Rarities" on http://www.radio-ludwigsburg-bw.de. It includes parts of an interview I did with him. Lots of informations are based on exchanged e-mails with him. It's 2 hours of music, and everything features D.M. In one of the interview snippets D.M. demonstrates what he does from time to time when a song is in 4/4's to make it more lively.
The programme will be broadcast on wednesday, May 7th from 8:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. (CET; english time 7 till 9), and again on saturday, May 10th from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. (CET; english time 5 till 7).

It's worth a listen !!!!!
Tongue

My show comes regularely every week and features old and news in Folk, Rock and Blues.

I can't speak for 'all' of us, but I read your initial announcement with interest and - in a perfect world - would have loved to have settled down at the scheduled time to listen. Unfortunately, I don't live in a perfect world  Sad If it's technically possible, please send us a link so that we can 'listen again'. I've always admired DM and would be very happy to give feedback on your programme.

Sadly I was also unable to listen in at the allotted times...I'd welcome an opportunity to listen to the programme.

Thanks, dude.

I don't know about anybody else, but I find it so hard to watch/listen to TV/radio shows at the actual broadcast time these days.  I've grown so accustomed to the likes of iPlayer and Listen Again, that I've drifted off into a serene lagoon of leisure time where the world revolves around me.

Just another first world problem...

Won't be near a computer either of those times!  But thanks, please keep posting any other broadcast dates, or if there's ever a way to download it, please let us know.

Legend? A marriage made in heaven. On his recent live at Rockpalast cd DM is behind the traps and that band plays on side 2 of legend.
